Terms & Conditions Good George North Wharf

Who We Are

Good George North Wharf is operated by Somerset Brewing Company Ltd trading as Good George Brewing — a proudly New Zealand owned and operated business, based at 32A Somerset Street, Frankton, Hamilton 3204.

Our bar and restaurant lives at 1 Jellicoe Street, Wynyard Quarter, Auckland.

All transactions are billed in NZD.

Bookings

Tables can be booked online via our booking system. Early evening bookings have a 2-hour dining limit — if you're keen to settle in for the long haul, book from 7pm onwards.

We can only hold booked tables for 15 minutes, so please arrive on time. Walk-ins are always welcome, though we can fill up fast.

For groups of 15 or more, get in touch at hello@goodgeorgenorthwharf.co.nz to chat through group menu options.

Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for dining at North Wharf, starting from $20. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please present your voucher at the time of dining.

George Rewards

Join George Rewards and earn points every time you dine at North Wharf or Good George Dining Hall online at goodgeorge.kiwi.nz. Points are earned per qualifying spend and redeemed in accordance with the George Rewards programme terms. Certain products and services may be excluded from the Rewards programme — refer to the full George Rewards terms at goodgeorgebrewery.marsello.app for details.

Refunds & Complaints

If something's not right, we want to know about it. Get in touch with us at hello@goodgeorgenorthwharf.co.nz or call 09 940 4955. We'll do our best to sort it out properly.

Social Responsibility

We take our responsibilities seriously and we ask that you do too.

  • You must be 18 years or over to purchase or consume alcohol on our premises
  • Valid ID may be requested at any time — accepted forms include a photo driver's licence, passport, or Kiwi Access Card/HNZ 18+ card
  • Anyone showing signs of intoxication will not be served
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, coercive, or violent behaviour — please respect our people

Any personal information collected (including booking details and email subscriptions) is used solely to manage your experience with us and keep you in the loop on what's on. We don't sell your data to anyone — that's not our style.
